Freedom FC is a talented and competitive girls’ soccer team based out of Warrenton, VA. The team is made up of a group of girls who pride themselves on playing “team” soccer, which comes from the chemistry that they have developed both on and off the field. 

We play a free flowing, possession based style that encourages every player to be confident on the ball and willing to take chances on the field.  

We challenge our players to learn to play in different formations & positions on the field. We do this because we feel it improves our players ability to read the game and to learn to see the game through a different perspective. We believe that at the highest level, players must be able to problem solve and adapt to different situations in a game. This is one way we help our players grow in that area. This also provides our players the flexibility to adapt fairly quickly when playing on other teams for college showcases, select teams over the summer and winter, and playing for their High School soccer team. 

We preach good sportsmanship & accountability, and use the game of soccer to ingrain these beliefs into our players, along with other life lessons such as goal setting and communication skills.
